Starting with Firmware version 1.13 (Build 43), the CounterHD hardware is open for 3rd Party Developers. By using Fliegls Open sourced CounterHDController class, Developers can easily write their own applications using the CounterHD hardware as a very powerful and fully customizable beacon-gadget.

The CounterHD features lots of functionality utilizing the integrated accelerometer - and now developers can configure the counting and tracking capabilities to their own needs. Even parallel usage of all three axes is possible, counting and tracking events along all 3 axes at the same time.
